About the Author

Erik D.T. is a man of Indonesian nationality, is grateful to be a man, and loves being an Indonesian.

You shall never be obliged to know what “D.T.” stands for in order to know him.  You can call him “Erik”, and that shall be his preference.  He shall never be responsible, nor shall he ever be called to account, for any deviation in behaviour in any case whatsoever of one’s calling him by another name which he does not approve.

He might be an eccentric.  He might be weird.

It is hard to tell how he will react to a situation.  For that reason, it is sometimes considered wise enough to be on full alert while being in his vicinity.

He might seem arrogant, but he is not arrogant.  He only imposes a different standard upon himself.  For that reason, he might seem too demanding.

It was said that he loves being Indonesian, yet he writes all these not in Bahasa Indonesia.  How ironical!  Moreover, how ironical that he says himself ironical is!  Moreover, how ironical that he says that he says himself ironical is!  And this moreover-how-ironical stuff continues ad infinitum …
